Visual Communications

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the construction of a warehouse in addition to Visual Communications’ current office/warehouse. The single-story, split-face block addition provides additional space of approximately 50,000 SF that is utilized as warehousing space and approximately 10,000 SF allocated for future office and restroom/core areas.
