A&E Construction Co. is a premier construction firm located just outside Philadelphia, PA. Family-owned since 1978, A&E has repeatedly succeeded in exceeding the expectations of its commercial, grocery, industrial, institutional, restaurant & hospitality, retail, self-storage, and senior living & multi-family clients.

Founded by Bud Santora, A&E Construction Co. has grown from a staff of four to just under 100 full-time team members. Bud Santora was responsible for instilling a philosophy of unyielding dedication to providing premium service and quality to clients of A&E. It is this philosophy that continues to drive A&E through his sons Bill Santora, Chairman, Tony Santora, CEO, along with our President, Fran Baylis.

Since our founding, A&E has experienced steady growth through our innovative and client-focused practices. Over 75% of our business is through repeat customers and recommendations.
