PGW North Operations Center

A&E Construction Co. is responsible for the construction of a single-story with a mezzanine, 256,000 SF warehouse. The exterior is steel-framed tilt-up precast walls. The 19.8-acre site will have parking lots with bike racks on both sides of the building, new sidewalks, utilities, and landscaping. Two-thirds of the 207,500 SF ground floor will house offices, conference rooms, tool shops, classrooms, utility rooms, and a fitness center with a locker room. The other one-third will be an open warehouse bay for supply chain receiving. The 48,000 SF mezzanine will have offices and storage.
