First Watch

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the 3,600 SF tenant fit-out of First Watch, a breakfast and lunch restaurant in Union Township, NJ. The project included an open kitchen, office, restrooms, walk-in cooler, and dining area for 170 customers. The fit-out involved the installation of flooring with quarry tile and Luxury Vinyl Tile; decorative pipe rail system for storage; underground plumbing, HVAC, gas hook-up, make-up air units, RTUs, Ansul system, custom pallet and threaded rod lighting, and spiral duct work.
