Timothy’s Restaurant & Bar

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the construction of Timothy’s Restaurant & Bar and an additional retail space in Exton, PA. Exterior work included earthwork and pad preparation, a water system, sanitary and storm sewers, concrete, landscaping, and lighting. The interior work of the 9,500 SF single-story building included a banquet room, sports bar, granite bar tops, stone finishes on the walls, and resinous epoxy flooring.
