A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the Vanilla box construction and fit-out of the 32,500 SF single-story grocer. The project included cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, architectural woodwork, curtain wall with glazing, polished concrete floor, plumbing, electric, and HVAC.
