A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the complete façade renovation of 800 linear feet of the shopping center; expansion of sign band height to accommodate tenant signage; installation of new signage; removal and replacement of standing seam roof and second-story windows; demo and replace under-soft lighting; structural improvements of clock tower; replace canopies with decorative trellises with new lighting.
