A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the construction of a 17,600 SF new concept restaurant with an outdoor patio and garden, uncovered space with a bar, fire pit, lounge seating, and picnic tables. The indoor and outdoor spaces include multiple fire and water features and TVs. The façade is composite shiplap wood siding, AMC cladding panels, metal coping & fascia, yellow stucco, and glass and storefront windows. Site work included landscaping, an irrigation system, and concrete sidewalks and curbs.
