Restaurant Depot

A&E Construction Co. has been responsible for the construction and conversion of several Restaurant Depot warehouses located in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Ground up construction of the New York location involved the removal of an old motel, site work, cast-in-place footing, tilt-up walls, and a complete interior fit-out.  The New Jersey location involved site work and conversion of a former warehouse space, while the Pennsylvania space included the completion of a 61,000 SF building with mechanicals, electric, plumbing, concrete slab, and interior work.
