A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the 211,400 sq ft design/build warehouse. Site work included demolition of existing buildings and slabs, ground improvements, installation of new storm basins and a retaining wall with fence along the back of the property, utilities, asphalt paving and concrete, and landscaping. Construction included a painted precast concrete tilt-up panel façade, 60-mil TPO roof, vapor mitigation system, exterior man doors, drive-in doors, overhead doors, storefront and curtain wall. The interior project involved rough carpentry, ceramic tile and carpeting, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection.
