A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the complete site package and construction of a 250,000 SF, 47-foot-high warehouse/distribution center. The building is constructed of slab-on-grade with insulated site-cast concrete tilt-up panels and structural steel columns. The exterior façade is painted with concrete panels. There are 21 dock levelers with dock command packages and shelters; and 46 electric-operated overhead doors. The fit-out included new offices and a mezzanine; design-build refrigeration system for freezers and coolers; 40,000 SF of 44 feet high cooler insulated panels and ceilings; and 12,000 SF of 32 feet high freezer insulated panels and ceilings.
