Wilmington Self Storage

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the construction of a three story, 103,300 SF storage facility. The site work included paving, sidewalks, and striping. The façade of the building was made up of split faced CMU veneer, EIFS, and metal paneling. The interior fit out included an office area with a break room, and installation of two elevators.

Architect was Michael Parker Studios.
