Temple University Health System

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for renovations to the 240,000 SF former industrial complex into Class A office space for Temple University Health System’s Administrative Offices. The project involved the demolition of existing space and interior fit-out for private offices, open office space, servery, meeting rooms, elevators, and lobby. To maintain the integrity of the 1917 structure, existing windows were reconditioned, or new windows were custom manufactured to match existing ones. Deteriorated exterior brick walls were reconstructed with reclaimed or custom-made brick to match.
