Safeguard Self Storage

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the construction of a three-story, 100,000 SF self-storage facility on 2 acres, with a building-length parking lot in the front and a building-length stormwater basin in the back. The exterior of the facility is comprised of brick and Kingspan insulated wall panels. The building houses 854 individual units, with 21 ADA-accessible units, and 12 garage units attached to the parking lot.
