Ocean Landings II

A&E Construction Co. is responsible for the construction of the new 103,000 SF retail building shell and landlord work to prepare for new tenants including Ross Dress for Less (18,000 SF), Michaels (17,000 SF), and PetSmart (18,000 SF). Construction includes cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, membrane roofing, building furnishings, EIFS, entrances, and glazing. Tenant fit-outs include architectural woodwork, drywall assemblies, storefront and entrances, polished concrete floors, paint, and coatings, fire protection, plumbing, electric, and HVAC.
