A&E Construction Co. was responsible for improvements to the 288,000 SF power center retail center’s parking lot, including an underground basin, utilities, storm and sanitary sewers, curbs, and repair of paving. A&E built a 4,000 SF space for two future tenants and fit-out the T-Mobile in one of the spaces. A&E was also responsible for façade renovations that included demolition, metal, and plastic wall panels, EIFS, roofing, painting, and coating, signage, electric, masonry, structural steel, and cast-in-place concrete.
