A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the 11,500 SF project, including the demolition and renovation of an existing warehouse space. The tenant fit-out included the creation of classrooms with kitchenettes, break rooms, restrooms with child-sized stalls, and an outdoor raised artificial turf playground.
