A&E Construction Co. was responsible for renovations to an existing 5,600 SF space in the Medical Office Building at Delaware County Memorial Hospital. The suite has 12 exam rooms, a lab, reception, triage, storage, and lounge areas, medical and consultation offices, a file room, 3 restrooms, and a physical therapy room. The project included demolition, framing and drywall, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, casework and finishes, paint, and carpeting.
