A&E Construction Co. has been responsible for tenant fit-outs of multiple Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta retail outlets. The projects include demolition of existing space; masonry, rough and finish carpentry; installation of fixtures and accessories at the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and manager’s office; aluminum entrances and storefront system; metal support assemblies; floor leveling, ceramic tile, and resilient flooring; mechanical; electric and HVAC.
