Franklin Center

A&E Construction Co. was the Construction Manager/General Contractor for site work, renovations, and expansion of a multi-tenant retail complex on 25 acres in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. A&E completed the expansion of the existing shopping center from 168,000 SF to 175,000 SF, built the shells and fit-outs for a 13,000 SF Petco, 52,000 SF Dick’s Sporting Goods, a 25,000 SF TJ Maxx, a 5,000 SF Maurice’s, a 9,000 SF Over Achieve Fitness, and a 9,000 SF Divit House Golf; and the shell and vanilla box of a 1,200 SF future Sprint store.
