A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the 9,200 SF project at The Shoppes & Residences at Renaissance Square in Marlton, NJ. The fit-out included the creation of a reception area with an octagonal ceiling, classrooms, a utility kitchen, and restrooms, all with vinyl plank flooring. Outdoor play areas were created with 3-foot stone sub-bases covered with synthetic grass, playground equipment, and a 4-foot aluminum divider fence.
