Bryn Mawr Village

A&E Construction Co. was the Construction Manager responsible for the completion of a two-building office and retail center. Building 1 was a renovation of an existing 12,000 SF structure and the construction of an additional 5,000 SF for retail use. Building 2 was the construction of a new 34,000 SF, 2-story building with retail on the first level and office space on the second level.
