Atkinson Place

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the conversion of a grade school into a senior living facility. The space was converted into apartments with a three-story vertical expansion. The façade features stone, cementitious siding and CMU. 50 units with kitchens were included in the facility, along with a community room with a kitchen, reception area, and multiple lounges. This project was a PFPA tax credit funded through the state of Pennsylvania’s affordable housing program.
