Wharf at Rivertown

A&E Construction Co. was the Construction Manager responsible for assisting in the design and direction of a 492,000 SF renovation and addition to the Wharf at Rivertown. The project transformed an old PECO power plant along the Delaware River into an office complex while retaining the historic details of the original substation. Interior construction and fit-out tenants included Synygy, Wells Fargo, Admin Server, and The Mita Automotive Group. The five-story renovation and sixth-story addition, a Preservation Alliance Award Winner, placed 3rd for the International LEAF award, held in Barcelona, Spain. This was a Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ) Project.
