Plaza Grande at Garden State Park

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for construction and renovations at a 55+ active adult community at the former Garden State Racetrack in Cherry Hill, NJ. The project included two 45,000 SF apartment buildings, each having 33 high-end residences and parking for 22 cars. Also completed were renovations to the existing 18,500 SF clubhouse, with an indoor pool, lounge, health and fitness center, and movie theater.
