Public Storage

A&E Construction Co. has been responsible for multiple Public Storage facilities located across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, New York, Rhode Island and Connecticut. These multiple story facilities included exterior finishes such as metal paneling and EIFS, and interior fit-outs that featured elevators, office spaces, and storage units. Site work included landscaping, drainage systems, and grading. The Jersey City location was gutted out and fitted while preserving the historical aspects of the building. It is the largest Public Storage facility in the country, with 3,978 storage units at 360,000 SF.
