Holtec Office

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the construction of a two-story office building with a storage pole barn, sitting on 7.5 acres. In addition to site work, this project consisted of surcharging 4,230 cubic yards of soil to stabilize the pad. Kingspan metal panels make up the façade of the building, which also includes aluminum ribbon windows and doors. The interior was fitted out for two Holtec subsidiaries, and the HUB was engineered to provide tightly controlled access.
