Clifton Heights Retail

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the transformation of a former nursery into a 15,200 retail space with four tenants. The sitework included retaining walls, a new parking lot, dumpster enclosure and landscaped islands with site lighting. Exterior finishes included Nichiha panel siding, ACM panels, EIFS, automatic doors, and canopies. The Dollar General fit-out featured offices, restrooms, a receiving area, and a sales floor.
