Greenleaf at Cheltenham

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the site work and splitting of the existing 250,000 SF mall into two buildings totaling 180,000 SF. The project included the demolition of the center of the mall, the creation of more storefronts and parking between the buildings; a new roof; relocation of existing tenants; renovation to common spaces and exterior facade; landlord work for multiple future tenants; fit-outs for retailers including Metro PCS, Philly Vision, and T-Mobile. The mall was open during construction.
