A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the construction of a three-story, 124,000 SF self-storage facility. Site work included the installation of 2 underground basins, paving, fencing, site lighting, and landscaping. The facade of the building was made up of canopies, brick, and metal panels. There are two stair towers, two elevators, and an office.
