CubeSmart

A&E Construction Co. has been responsible for the construction of several CubeSmart Storage facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Connecticut, and New York. These multiple story facilities included exterior work such as EIFS, split-faced veneer, metal panels, and CMU. Elevators were installed in several, and site work was included in the construction of the project. The seven-story CubeSmart Firehouse in King of Prussia, PA, contained a parking structure, a new firehouse, a Medical Services station and a storage area in addition to the storage units.
