Inspira Urgent Care

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the demolition of the existing building, site work, construction, and fit-out of a 4,400 SF urgent care / primary care facility. Exterior work involved water, storm, and sanitary tie-ins, earthwork, site concrete, paving, retaining wall, and landscaping; construction of the single-story facility with stone and EIFS façade. Interior work included the creation of a reception/waiting room and coffee bar, 11 exam rooms, nurses’ stations, radiology and work areas, break room, and restrooms; millwork, paint, carpet tile and resilient sheet flooring, plumbing, electric, and HVAC.
