Phila Port Distribution Center

A&E Construction Co. is responsible for the construction of a 201,600 SF distribution center facility in Philadelphia, PA. The complete site package includes a concrete pad, curbs, and sidewalks; Controlled Modulus Column (CMC) piers; loading docks; stormwater system; paving and landscaping. The pre-engineered building has insulated metal panels, aluminum-framed entrances, and storefronts; and Thermoplastic-Polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofing. The interior of the dry warehouse includes a sprinkler system and a security system.
