Brixmor Accounting and North Region Offices

A&E Construction Co. was responsible for the 22,000 SF complete transformation of space located in Plymouth Square Shopping Center, once used as a church and a bowling alley, into Brixmor’s Accounting and North Region Offices. The Town Hall area is a multipurpose area with floor-to-ceiling perimeter glass walls with full glass functional garage doors to let in natural light and fresh air. The space is under review to achieve LEED certification. Some highlights include a green wall, sound masking, and a heat loop with elements engineered and manufactured in Belgium. The VRF HVAC systems are highly efficient.
